Why we like this
Five products, five jobs, one order. Cardio from the pedals, strength from the band, grip from the ball, activation from the exercise ball, hydration from the bottle — the combination was intentional.Grip is the one people skip. It's also the one that shows up daily — opening jars, carrying bags, holding a rail. Having it in the kit means it doesn't get left out.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Getting the most from this kit:
-
Pedals first — five minutes of seated pedalling warms up the legs before anything else
-
Band next — anchor under one foot for seated rows and shoulder work; ten reps, slow on the way back
-
Grip ball — squeeze firmly, hold three to five seconds, release slowly; ten each hand, any time you're sitting
-
Exercise ball last — gentle squeezes between the knees or under-knee activation; smaller muscles fatigue faster so save this for after the bigger movements
-
Drink from the bottle throughout, not just at the end — keeping it nearby makes it happen
Leave everything visible — pedals under the chair, band and grip ball on the bench, exercise ball beside the seat. A short session three to four times a week beats one long one on the weekend.
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag — we bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and watched it make a genuine difference.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days adds up to something real over time. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance responds well to regular practice. Simple exercises done consistently can make a meaningful difference to how steady you feel day to day.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
