Mini Exercise Pedals - Cardio Without the Commute
Mini Exercise Pedals - Cardio Without the Commute
Ten minutes of pedalling while the news is on. Do that three times a week for a year and see what happens.
Staying active doesn't have to mean a gym, expensive equipment, or even leaving the house.
These compact pedals sit in front of any chair and get you moving in minutes. Use them for your legs or your arms. Unfold, adjust the resistance, and go. No tools, no assembly, no fuss. A few minutes a day, done consistently, adds up more than you'd think.
Simple. Versatile. No excuses.

Why We Like This
Why We Like This
We love this one for how genuinely simple it is. No assembly. No tools. No fuss. You unfold it, adjust the resistance dial to where you want it, place it in front of your chair, and you're moving. That's it.
It works for legs and arms making it one of the most versatile pieces of equipment for its size and price. And for anyone who has been putting off exercise because getting started feels too complicated this removes every excuse.

Four things that make a big difference:
- Place it against a wall: On smooth floors it can creep forward while you pedal. A wall behind it fixes that instantly.
- Chair height matters: Aim for a seat where your hips and knees are roughly at a right angle. A dining chair usually works perfectly.
- Take your shoes off: Bulkier shoes don't always fit properly through the pedal straps and can affect your foot positioning. Bare feet or socks usually give a better, more secure fit.
- Use your phone or watch as your timer: The onscreen display can be inconsistent. Your phone timer is more reliable and one less thing to think about mid-session.
Start with a few comfortable minutes and build from there. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Hi, I'm Patrick - Physiotherapist and Founder of Almost Strong.
With a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc), I've spent my career working with people across Sydney - In hospital, at home, aged care, in the pool, and out in the community.
Working closely with clients every day, I'm constantly asked for equipment recommendations. Every product in this store has come from those conversations - things I've recommended, seen used, and watched make a real difference.
