Almost Strong Pty Ltd offers:

  • Group exercise classes (in-person and online)

All services are delivered by AHPRA-registered health professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book or purchase services on this site. Clients under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any payment method offered at checkout.

  • For bank transfers, payment confirmation must be emailed to us before a booking is finalised.

  • All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointments and classes must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.

  • Class passes and telehealth packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled where possible.

5. Telehealth Services

  • Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure online platforms.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that:

    • You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for exercise.

    • Technology limitations (e.g., internet issues) may affect the session.

    • Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

6. Health & Safety

  • By using our services, you confirm that:

    • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions.

    • You will follow the instructions of your physiotherapist or exercise professional.

    • You understand that exercise carries some risks, and you participate at your own discretion.

Almost Strong Pty Ltd is not liable for injuries or issues arising from misuse, non-compliance, or undisclosed health conditions.
