Returns & Refund Policy

At Almost Strong Pty Ltd, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Whether you are booking a service or purchasing a product, our aim is to make your experience smooth and transparent.

This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for both services and physical products.


1. Services (Physio, Telehealth & Programs)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the consultation cost, at our discretion.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

Refunds for Services

  • Refunds are generally not provided for completed services, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you pre-pay for a session or program and are unable to attend, you may request a credit or refund, provided the cancellation conditions above are met.

  • In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we will offer you a full refund or credit.


2. Physical Products

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or confirmation email).

  • If the item is damaged or faulty, please include clear photos of the issue in your return email.

📌 Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at returns@almoststrong.com.au with:

  • Your name and order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

We will respond within 2–5 business days with next steps.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Almost Strong is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds for Products

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll confirm eligibility and notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after we confirm receipt of your returned item.


3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a service or product is:

  • Faulty,

  • Not as described, or

  • Does not meet reasonable consumer expectations.
