Important safety information
Balance Pad: always use it beside a kitchen bench or sturdy support, with a chair behind you. Don't use it without support nearby if you've had a recent fall, feel dizzy, or have significant leg weakness.
Resistance Loop Set: made from natural latex, so not suitable if you have a latex allergy. Check each band for nicks before use, wear the bands over clothing, and never let a band snap back.
Peanut Massage Ball: use it seated and never stand on it. If you have diabetes, reduced feeling in your feet or a foot condition, check with your GP, podiatrist or physio first.
Keep out of reach of children.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

A simple way to use all four:
-
Pad at the bench — stand on it at the kitchen bench with both hands on and a chair behind you, and start with short holds
-
Loops above the knees — begin on the X-Light for seated knee openings, and only go heavier or move the band lower once it feels easy
-
Feet last — sit down and roll each foot over the massage ball for a minute or two
-
Bottle within reach — keep it on the bench while you practise
-
A few minutes most days — little and often is easier to keep up than one long session
If you've had a recent fall, feel dizzy, or have reduced feeling in your feet, check with your GP or physio before you start. This is general information, not advice about your situation.
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag. We bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and seen how people actually use it at home.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days is a good place to start. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance is a skill, and it responds to regular practice.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
