Why we like this
Balance is the most overlooked part of staying steady at home and it's the one that catches people out. The pad is deceptively simple to look at. The moment you step on it, you understand why we use it in sessions. We start clients with feet together, then progress from there. Even that first position is harder than most expect and that's exactly what makes it effective.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Start here and build at your own pace:
-
Always have a wall, bench, or sturdy chair within arm's reach before you step on — especially when starting out
-
Feet together first — just stand and hold for 20 to 30 seconds; this is harder than it sounds
-
One foot slightly in front of the other — the next step up once feet together feels manageable
-
One foot directly in front, heel to toe — the most challenging single progression
-
Eyes open before eyes closed — closing your eyes removes a major source of balance input and makes any position significantly harder
A few seconds each day is enough to build on. Consistency matters more than duration.
Key features & benefits
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag — we bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and watched it make a genuine difference.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days adds up to something real over time. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance responds well to regular practice. Simple exercises done consistently can make a meaningful difference to how steady you feel day to day.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
