Why we like this
Bands are one of the first things we reach for in home sessions. They take up no space and they travel. The hard part is choosing a strength before you know what you need.A graded set takes the guesswork out. You start where you are, and the next band is already in the bag when you're ready for it.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Loop bands feel easy for the first few reps and much harder by the tenth. A few things help:
-
Start lighter than you think — the X-Light is a real starting point, not a warm-up, so give it a few weeks before you move up
-
Slow the way back — let the band return over two seconds instead of snapping in, because the slow return is half the work
-
Above the knees first — the same exercise with the band at your ankles is much harder, so only move it lower once the knees feel easy
-
Hold something steady when you stand — keep a hand on the kitchen bench for any standing exercise
If you're recovering from an operation, or you already have exercises from your physio, take the set to your next appointment and ask which band suits you. This is general information, not advice about your situation.
Key features & benefits
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag. We bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and seen how people actually use it at home.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days is a good place to start. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance is a skill, and it responds to regular practice.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
