Why we like this
We like the peanut shape because it rolls one way and stays put. That matters when you're using it from a chair and don't want to chase it across the floor.Small, simple, and easy to keep beside the armchair.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Getting the most from it:
-
Sit down first: use it seated with your foot resting on top, and never stand on it
-
Across, not along: lay the ball across the floor so one head sits either side of your foot
-
Heel to toe: roll slowly from the heel to the ball of the foot and back, a minute or two on each side
-
You set the pressure: lean in for firmer, ease off for lighter. It should feel good, not sore
-
Socks or bare feet: bare feet feel firmer, socks soften it
-
Keep it in sight: beside the armchair or under the coffee table, so it actually gets used
If you have reduced feeling in your feet, diabetes or any foot condition, ask your GP, podiatrist or physio before using it. This is general information, not advice about your situation.
Key features & benefits
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag. We bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and seen how people actually use it at home.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days is a good place to start. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance is a skill, and it responds to regular practice.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
