Why we like this
Most exercise kits give you one thing. This one covers the four domains we actually work through in sessions: strength, mobility, balance, and grip. Each product earns its place because we already carry it.Nothing here was added to make the bundle look fuller. Four items, four jobs, one routine you can do from a chair.

- You're an older adult who wants a simple structured routine at home without a gym
- A health professional has recommended general conditioning and you want a practical starting point
- You're buying for a family member who needs a complete but uncomplicated setup
- You want equipment that works from a chair and takes up minimal space
Always check with your physiotherapist before starting a new exercise programme, particularly if managing a health condition or recovering from a procedure.
Important safety information
Balance Pad: always have a stable support within arm's reach — a wall, bench, or sturdy chair. Do not use without support nearby if you have a history of falls, dizziness, or significant lower limb weakness.
Resistance Band: inspect for nicks or tears before each use. Release slowly and with control, never let the band snap back.
Grip Ball: general muscle fatigue in the hand and forearm is normal. Sharp joint pain is not, stop and seek advice if this occurs.
Mini Exercise Pedals: stop if you experience sharp joint pain during use.
Keep all products out of reach of children when not in use.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Four products, one simple session:
-
Start with the pedals — five minutes gentle pedalling warms the legs and gets circulation moving before anything else
-
Resistance band next — anchor it under one foot for seated rows and shoulder work; ten repetitions, slow on the way back
-
Balance pad third — one minute standing feet together with a hand near the wall; progress to one foot slightly forward when that feels easy
-
Grip ball last — squeeze firmly, hold three to five seconds, release slowly; ten each hand while you sit and recover
-
Spread it out if you prefer — all four in one sitting works, so does one domain per day; consistency is the only thing that matters
Leave the kit where you can see it. Pedals under the chair, band and grip ball on the bench, pad beside the door. Equipment you can see is equipment you will use.
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag — we bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and watched it make a genuine difference.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days adds up to something real over time. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance responds well to regular practice. Simple exercises done consistently can make a meaningful difference to how steady you feel day to day.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
