Why we like this
The standard grabber lives in one room. This one goes where you go. It folds in half, so it fits in a handbag, a car door pocket, or a bedside drawer without taking over the space. We suggest it most often to people who've told us they've got one grabber but keep leaving it in the wrong room. Two rooms, two problems. One that folds solves both.

The physio behind the store
I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.
Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Where you keep it matters more than anything:
-
Put it where you'll drop things — beside the bed, in the bathroom, near the kitchen bin. A grabber in the wrong room is a grabber you won't use
-
One per room is not excessive — many of our clients keep two or three around the house, and this one folds small enough to make that easy
-
Pack it for hospital — if you've got surgery booked, fold it into your bag now rather than trying to sort it out afterwards
Reaching without bending is the whole point. If you're still bending to use it, the item is too low or too far away.
Key features & benefits
What makes us different
Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag — we bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and watched it make a genuine difference.
We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.
As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.
Movement keeps you going
The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days adds up to something real over time. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.
Three things regular movement may help maintain
-
Muscle StrengthWe naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
-
Balance & StabilityBalance responds well to regular practice. Simple exercises done consistently can make a meaningful difference to how steady you feel day to day.
-
Independence at HomePeople over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
