Description

Most knee pillows only support the knee. This one supports your entire leg.

The long bone shape sits between both legs at once. A central hollow cradles the knee while contoured curves follow the natural shape of your thigh and calf, designed to provide full, even support from top to bottom without requiring readjustment through the night.

Memory foam fill that moulds to your legs. A pure cotton mesh cover that zips off and goes in the wash. 53 × 23 × 8cm — long enough to cover thigh to calf without sliding out of position.

One position. Full night. No repositioning.

Who is This For?

This may suit you if:

  • You're a side sleeper who wakes with discomfort at the knee, hip, or lower back
  • You want more support than a regular pillow provides between your legs
  • You're navigating post-surgical positioning requirements where leg alignment through the night is important
  • A physiotherapist or occupational therapist has recommended a leg support pillow as part of your recovery
  • You share a bed and need something that stays in place without disturbing your partner

If you have been given specific positioning instructions after surgery, always follow the advice of your surgeon or physiotherapist before using any sleep support product.

Why we like this

The difference between this and a regular knee pillow is the length. Most pillows only support the knee. This one runs from thigh to calf, so there's nothing to slide out of position through the night.

The washable cover is the other thing we always mention. It's the kind of detail that matters when something is in your bed every night.

The physio behind the store

I built this store because I was already recommending this equipment in sessions every day. As a mobile physio working in people's homes, I know what actually fits a real living room, a real bedroom, a real kitchen and what older adults will actually use.

Everything here has been in my kit bag, used with real clients, and chosen because it works in the home environment, not just in a clinic.

Physio pro tip

Getting the most from it:

  • Hollow at the knee — place the pillow so the central hollow sits at your knee, not above or below it
  • Hips stacked — the goal is one hip directly above the other, with knees slightly apart
  • Pillow shifting — if it moves through the night, try positioning it slightly higher toward your thigh
  • Wash the cover regularly — a fresh cover makes a noticeable difference to comfort
  • Post-surgery — always confirm correct leg positioning with your surgeon or physiotherapist before use

Side sleeping is most comfortable when your hips and spine stay aligned. The pillow is there to help hold that position, not replace it.

What makes us different

Everything on this store is something we actually use. It's in our kit bag — we bring it into real sessions with real clients, week after week. If it's here, it's because we've tried it, trusted it, and watched it make a genuine difference.

We're not trying to sell you everything. The range is curated for older adults building strength and independence at home, and simplicity is the whole point. You don't need a home gym. You don't need to be an expert.

As a mobile physio practice, we can only reach so many people in person. This store is how we share what works with everyone else.

Why it matters

Movement keeps you going

57%
of Australians aged 65+ didn't meet physical activity guidelines
AIHW analysis of ABS NHS, 2022
65+
As we get older, staying active keeps you independent and able to do everyday activities
NSW Health, Physical activity guidelines for older adults
30min
of moderate to vigorous activity on most days is what Australian guidelines recommend for 65+
Australian movement guidelines for older adults, 2026

The evidence is clear: it is never too late to start. A few minutes of movement most days adds up to something real over time. You don't need a gym, a trainer, or a complicated programme. You need simple equipment that works at home and a reason to pick it up.

The evidence

Three things regular movement may help maintain

  • Muscle Strength
We naturally lose muscle mass as we age. Resistance exercise is one of the most effective tools for slowing that process — at any age.
  • Balance & Stability
Balance responds well to regular practice. Simple exercises done consistently can make a meaningful difference to how steady you feel day to day.
  • Independence at Home
People over 65 benefit more from adequate fitness than any other age group — to maintain independence, recover from illness, and reduce disease risk.
