Triple Grip Leg Lifter - Easier Transfers After Surgery
Triple Grip Leg Lifter - Easier Transfers After Surgery
In the first few weeks after a hip, knee, or lower limb surgery, even the smallest movements can feel surprisingly difficult. Swelling, pain, and weakness all add up and something as simple as lifting your leg into bed or into a car can become a real struggle.
This is exactly the kind of problem nobody warns you about before surgery. But we see it all the time.
The leg lifter strap loops around your foot and lets you guide your own leg where it needs to go, without straining, without asking someone to lift for you, and without the effort that can make those early weeks feel harder than they need to be.
Small tool. Big difference.

Why We Like This
Why We Like This
Everyone's recovery looks different. Some people are up and about quickly, others take a little longer. But regardless of where someone is at, small practical tools like this can make a real difference to those early, harder weeks.
Getting in and out of bed. In and out of a car. Things that sound simple but can feel enormous at first.
It's the small wins that build confidence. And confidence is what drives recovery forward.
Key Features
Key Features
Triple Grip Design
Three soft padded sponge handles. One at the top and two spaced down the length of the strap so you can hold at whichever point feels most comfortable and controlled.
Widened Foot Pad
A broader base loops securely around the foot without digging in or slipping during transfers.
Built In Aluminium Strip
Gives the strap just enough structure to hold its shape and make positioning easy even with one hand.
Folds Completely Flat
Packs down small enough to slip into a bag, keep in the car, or store in a bedside drawer.
Lightweight & Portable
Take it to hospital, rehab, a family member's place, wherever recovery takes you.
Available in 6 Colours
Black, Gray, Blue, Orange, Rose Red, Purple.
Physio Pro Tip
Physio Pro Tip
Loop the foot pad around the sole of your foot or just above the heel, whichever feels more secure. Hold the strap at whichever grip point gives you the most control without straining your arms or shoulders.
Go slowly. The goal is a smooth, guided movement not a quick lift. Let the strap do the work.
If you're unsure how to use it safely for your specific situation, ask your physio or treating health professional to walk you through it.
