Soft Grip Strength Ball - Gentle Strength, Right From the Start
Soft Grip Strength Ball - Gentle Strength, Right From the Start
After a hand, wrist, elbow, or shoulder surgery, getting back to strength can feel daunting, especially in those early weeks when everything still feels fragile and tender.
This is where you start.
The soft grip ball is designed for those first gentle sessions when your surgeon has given you the green light to begin moving again. It's light, forgiving, and incredibly soft, think cloud-like squeeze. No strain. No discomfort. Just a simple, controlled squeeze to gently begin working the hand and forearm when you're ready to start.
Small steps. But the right ones.

Why We Like This
Why We Like This
One of the most common questions in the early stages of upper limb recovery is - "what can I actually do right now?"
This ball may help bridge that gap between doing nothing and doing too much. Gentle enough for the earliest stages of recovery, and a possible stepping stone before progressing to stronger resistance tools, always guided by your health professional.

Physio Pro Tip
Physio Pro Tip
Only begin using this once your surgeon or physiotherapist has cleared you to start gentle strengthening. Timing matters, starting too early can interfere with healing.
When you're ready, keep it simple. Gently squeeze and hold for a few seconds, then slowly release. There should be no sharp pain during or after. A little muscle fatigue is normal, pain is not.
As this becomes easier, your physio can guide you on when to progress to firmer resistance.

Working closely with clients every day, I'm constantly asked for equipment recommendations. Every product in this store has come from those conversations - things I've recommended, seen used, and watched make a real difference.
