Offer Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to promotional offers and discount codes issued by Almost Strong Pty Ltd (ABN 20 687 471 647) for purchases made through the Almost Strong online store. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which apply to everything else.

Welcome offer — WELCOME10

What it is. 10% off the purchase price of eligible products in the Almost Strong online store.
Who can use it. New email subscribers who have joined our marketing list through our website. One use per customer.
When. Valid for 30 days from the date the code is issued to you.
How. Enter the code at checkout. The discount is not applied automatically and cannot be added after an order is placed.
What it does not apply to. Physiotherapy consultations, home visits, telehealth appointments, exercise classes, class passes, and any other service delivered by an AHPRA-registered practitioner. This offer relates to retail products only. It is not an inducement to use, and cannot be redeemed against, any health service.
Exclusions. Cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotional code. Not redeemable for cash. Does not apply to shipping costs, gift cards, or items already reduced in price.
Minimum spend. None. Free shipping applies separately on orders over $100.
Returns. If you return an item bought with a discount code, we refund the amount you actually paid. Discount codes are single-use and are not reissued after a return.

General

We may withdraw, change, or extend any offer at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
We may cancel an order and void a discount where a code has been obtained or used in a way that breaches these terms.
Offers are available to customers with an Australian delivery address unless we say otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
