Three ways to get the most out of it:
Underfoot: Place it on the floor and roll slowly under your foot. Great for plantar fasciitis, foot soreness, and tight arches. Do this seated first to control the pressure.
Against a wall: Place the ball between your back or shoulder and a wall, then gently lean in and move around to find tight spots. Let the wall do the work.
Seated on a chair: Place it under your glute or the back of your thigh while seated for targeted pressure on harder to reach areas.
Go slowly. Find the tight spot, pause, breathe, and let the muscle release. It should feel uncomfortable but not painful.
