Before you step on, set yourself up safely. Position the pad next to a bench, kitchen counter, dining table, or sturdy chair. Have your hand lightly resting on the surface before you step on, and only let go when you feel steady. This isn't cheating it's smart training.

Then start simple:

  • Feet together on the pad — just hold it
  • One foot slightly in front of the other
  • One foot directly in front of the other, heel to toe

You might be surprised how challenging even the first position feels. That wobble is your body working and that's exactly the point.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Even 30 seconds a day, done regularly, will make a difference over time.
